When you’re spending your hard earned money on a new toy like Aircon you want to make sure your investment is protected. I did a lot of research and talked to a lot of people before I engaged with Holmes Services. I’m so glad I did the research though. Ben was professional, gave great communication throughout the process and is one of those old school tradies that are hard to come across these days. It was clear he took pride in his work and the service he is offering. Once the job was done he hooked the AirCon up to my Wi-Fi and showed me how to use the whole thing. He answered every question I had. I didn’t want pipes all over the outside of my house. So Ben found a way to tastefully install the units without having the pipes in your face. So if you want AirCon installed or maintained you cant go wrong with Holmes Services. I highly recommend them.

From first contact to completion of the installation there was great communication and the work was completed to a very high standard. Consideration was given to the location of the indoor unit to ensure no repair work was required after the removal of the old unit. Talking me through the WiFi option was also great as it has provided additional functionality that I may not have used otherwise.
