Horrible experience there today - was a line and I was patiently waiting then the younger women there with short hair in a half ponytail decided to help the person behind me instead - I was fine and then it was my turn to be served and the same woman was told to ouch in front of me again as the young girl had served her on the wrong counter. I told the girl how rude she was to do this and help people behind in the line before those of us waiting longer and she could care less. Super rude service especially as I send packages there every few days

Generous range, helpful friendly staff plus have postal facilities as well. Range includes gifts, craft supplies, jigsaws, office supplies as well as a great range of Books.

Nothing wrong with it, it's a paper plus. It would be better if it had a better scifi/fantasy section, but it's less of a bookshop more of a stationary shop.

Well set out displays of books, stationery and gifts. Posting available. Play area for children. Love the little library just outside the door where you are able to leave or take a book

Good shop, I asked staff member if they had a certain book, they said they did, but I couldn't find it. She looked for it and she couldn't find the book there was no offer to order it in etc. So I asked her to order it in for me.

Kindly offered to collect school stationary while I went and had a coffee! Can't get much better than that in terms of customer service! Staff brilliant and some pretty good specials
