I decided to try this place out after many awful experiences elsewhere before Christmas 22.The lady’s here kept my appointment slots for lash’s and nail. Very happy with both and I have continued to use there service since.

Awful, horrible, would NOT recommend! I booked 2 weeks in advance for 2 pedicures and 2 manicures for the day before Mother’s Day. I called the day prior just to confirm as I wanted a special day with my kiddo. We show up and it is evident they have overbooked . We are seated in the pedicure chairs and mine is started while my kid waits over 30 minutes . Finally someone starts theirs but after 5 minutes leaves to finish another customer’s lashes. So after my pedicure is finished the technician begins working on the other only to cut the cuticle on my daughter’s toe so low it begins to bleed profusely. I could go in for pages about the lack of care, lack of professionalism, and lack of basic courtesy. Long story short, we left receiving a partial refund at my insistence. We will NEVER return to this place!

I am very happy about my nails and lashes. The V-lash I have lasted long. Her mode nails & lashes team are so lovely.

Very good service here! The shop is so clean, comfortable, and has good quality nails and lashes. I recommend coming here to do all your beauty things!

Staying in Auckland and stepped off the bus in front of this business and thought, yes you deserve this in I went. What bliss! My toes all soaked, scubbed and cleaned, my nearly heels file, the most delicious lower leg massage, then my nails painted. All the while I'm sitting on a fabulous massage chair. $40, I feel a million dollars and so relaxed. Charming staff, so friendly and professional.

I have been looking for a place that caters to my needs, and this place does it all! Their effort and quality they put in is so so worth the travel and it is also affordable! The staff are so so lovely and always amaze me with everything once completed. Highly recommend!
