I'm a convert, this is my go-to store for shoes. All the kids get outfitted here and the service is pretty darn good. The selection is only beaten by the customer service and helpful tip#1 go back with all the kids for a better price.

Our family have been shopping here for years because of the owner's excellent friendly service. He really knows his stock and can recommend the best shoe for the activity and specific foot shape. Good for school, sports and branded casual shoes.

Best shoe store in west Auckland absolutely love my pink high top chucks and my black low cut chucks, I want more colours hehe. Highly recommend west city shoes for the whole family :) great friendly service also.
