Lovely dinner tonight. Wait staff were fantastic. Love the tablet ordering system, drinks were delivered straight after order was confirmed. Delicious food. Clean and tidy table with plenty of utensils, salt, pepper, napkins etc (annoying how many places miss these little things). Will definitely recommend my boss shouts us dinner here again in the future!

Every visit so far has been a lovely experience. Very popular spot so would recommend booking a table just in case. Staff are absolutely lovely and cocktails are great value for money. This place will be sick of me soon!!

Excellence, A+ Star Rating 3 course meals, for 25 customers. Food was cooked to absolute perfection, all steaks, fish meals, entree salads to chicken wings, very nicely sized portions, and decadent puddings....cremeburlee had the perfect crack across almost 10 plates..........atmosphere was conversational, and music was entertaining, the front of staff Jasemine just professional and service beyond imagination, staff support, waitresses and chef were TOP CLASS 100%%% recommend A++++ Arohanui RTLB@GGHS

Shocking Service. Arrived 2hrs prior to closing. And senior waiter or manager used a slitting throat motion to tell the person who greeted us that she didn't want to serve anyone else for food orders that night. Restaurant with plenty of people there that were still getting orders taken. Don't eat here!

Can't beat the view and food. Always stop there on the way through. 9n line Menu is a no go with the ordering via phone as not every wants to be forced to sign up or carries a phone all the time just to eat or drink so paid cash as always.

Beautiful food and friendly staff; however, I absolutely DO NOT like your QR code menu ordering from our own phones. I find this service very impersonal, also with all the scams going on at the moment, I really do not like having to enter my credit card details online.Please get rid of your QR code service, this would have been fine during covid, but thankfully those days are slowly behind us. I much prefer staff to come to our table and take our order, its more friendly and professional

Was given a tablet to place order on which required the waitress to explain how to use it. Full explanation not provided as had to use the app/tablet to ask for help. Not entirely fluid experience.When meals ordered the wait was very long and then 2 of the 3 meals turned up and there was an even longer wait for the 3rd meal to turn up. No apology offered when the 3rd meal came out. Just lacking some basic customer service and transparent communication. Calimari was slim pickings for the price and incredibly salty.Overall felt a few areas of improvement. Due to food allergies for 1 person we often require to ask for variations to the ordered meals and the tablet did not allow this option. Would have preferred to have the interaction with a human instead.
