We visited the store on Monday 26/04/2021. The lady that was working was super lovely and helpful. Gave us great extra information on the product we were after. Highly recommend, we will definitely be back in the future!

This is a beautiful store selling lovely products but sadly the service is very lacking and the young woman who owns it is terribly rude.I know we were all facing difficulties prior to lockdown but as a regular customer I had spent $ 64 on the wrong product I went straight back and asked politely if they could simply change it for the product I ahouhave bought. Exactly the same price. She was rude, dismissive and refused to do it. I left in tears and she couldn't care less that I am a regular. I won't be returning ever!! I'd walk extra to go to a shop where customers are appreciated.

SO Love this store WITH GREAT SERVICE ! I used to know Paula and Alvero 8 years ago, they was owing Hardys store ! Paula very king, caring, a lots of knowledge, Alvero very smart, caring naturopathy doctor, who helped me in past with my hormones,blood tests, others tests, and now helping me with my hormonal acne on my skin.

I’ve been going to Alvaro and his family for years, have found them always very helpful and knowledgeable. Doesn’t sell us what we don’t need and no pressure to buy. Highly recommend.
