Unfortunately their machines are repeatedly causing problems for ordering particular items on the menu, however I commend the staff for being upfront and polite in the way they deal with the issue.The layout is simple and service is encouragingly swift, so you'll rarely end up unsatisfied with your ordering experience overall.Drive through can also get a bit overly-packed, but they do a good job in getting everyone through as quickly as possible.

The worst service ever. The young boy behind the counter ignored us. I had to ask if they were still serving. Then he ignored the person behind me so she asked the same thing. The other staff working in that area weren't much better.Then in the 5 minutes it took from leaving there to get back to the house and eat, the food was barely warm. And what we ordered wasn't great.I would NOT reccomend this place to anyone.

Horrible wait on drive thru. Never have online orders activated. If you go In-store, they just ignore you for ages. High time the service improved. Stop with the attitude of “if you want you buy”.

Terrible food. Mildly warm when handed out. Was quick in drive thru, so no hold up there. The burger not wrapped properly, fries not seasoned or salted. Won't go back sadly.

Do not recommend KFC Feilding. What we wanted wasn't available so ordered an alternative. Coleslaw wasn't available and felt like we'd made a huge deal asking to swap for extra chips (that were plain, soggy and cold). The Coke was more water than anything and the bathroom was covered in urine with no soap or toilet paper available. Should have gone to McDonalds next door!

I had zinger buuger today lunch time take-out quality of food was poor.staff approached in a friendly manner but the burger disappointed as that was not made properly and the way it wrapped is not good as well the lettuce and pattie was out falling from the buns.they might be busy or whatever it is,people expect value for money and same standard in all outlets with same brand name thanks.

Went through drive through today, and the person I first talked to was very nice, she was talking my order, I was trying to say what I wanted over a speaker that was really hard to hear, then a louder person was very rude, saying they are not in front of a screen, more than 3 times saying what I want and still didn't get it, I got to the window and she said just a nugget meal, um no I order more than that Iv said it over 3 times. I was trying to get them to bring it up on the screen so I could see if they hurd me correctly. Very rude person on window service. Fix your speaker or just be at the screen when taking peoples order's, or this happens, and you don't hear properly and miss everything. I'm not interested in going back.

It is just like any other KFC except they day I went there which was a Thursday they were doing drive though only, you could not go into the store. There was no note on the door or anything. Was told by a local that this is normal. Was not impressed, the drive through line was huge.

Brought 2 dinner packs. Which were absolutly dreadful. Hardly any coating on chicken, which seemed like had been broken up and squished together. No salt on anything. Only to Moro bar was good hence my 1 star. Never going again. Brother said last time he went he put it in fridge overnight, the next day was mouldy ... needs health inspector visit. !!!!!
