Mark at Underfoot Flooring was recommended to us via a real estate agent. Mark supplied us with various samples and worked with us on the various options as we chopped and changed our thoughts on textures + colours. Fundamentally he understood we had a tight 2 day window to install the carpet between our settlement date and Christmas. Mark and his team totally delivered on time and within budget with a finish that we are thrilled with. We will most definitely recommend Underfoot Flooring to friends and family.

When carpet cleaners said we would be unable to remove a number of the marks left by tenants on our carpet, we were faced with having to replace it. We don't live in the area and were only around for the day. Mark's 5* google reviews made him one of our choices. I was blown away with his promptness (he came around that afternoon) and by his excellent communication. When we decided to go ahead Mark pulled out all the stops to get the carpet laid before the staging went in. Then he was in constant communication with the removal of the old carpet and a video sent through of the completed job. I would highly recommend Mark and his team of carpet layers if you want good communication and a great job with an attentive company. Chris and I are thrilled with our new carpet. The entire venture was seamless. Mark was excellent during his visits to measure and quote and later removing stair carpet prior to the new carpet being laid.Andrew was exceptional when he laid the carpet. Mark and his team are amazing! Within a few minutes of meeting with Mark, we knew he was the one we wanted to work with on our project. He knows the products well so was able to guide us on the best flooring for our lifestyle, he explained our options and associated costs so we could make informed decisions, and explained the process well so we knew what to expect. Plus, he is just a nice guy we enjoyed getting to know.Removal of the old flooring was seamless and install was timed perfectly to meet our move-in date. The installer was also a pleasure to meet and is a master of his skill. The transitions and expansion joints are nicely done.Underfoot Flooring exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them.

Mark was incredibly helpful. We had little idea of what we really wanted, so Mark took the time to guide us through all the options. He even met us at a tile store to help us match up some tiles to go with the carpet. Always answered the phone or called us back straight away if we had any questions.
