Excellent presentation of clean goods. Friendly staff. I always find something I like.I find the prices fair and am happy to pay them for this charity.

Decent enough, they've got a nice little store there in the old fire station, usually have a good selection of stuff, but man. Some of your old ladies there need to have a Coke and a smile or something, because their disposition absolutely suck. For example, it tends not to argue over the price of something with a customer when that customer is reading directly off a sign next to you.

Worker took donated goods to give to a friend. This is not the reason I donated them and I will not give anything else to a Hospice op shop.

A majority of the staff are nice, however there are a few older ladies that have made my partner feel uneasy. They have racially stereotyped her, refused to accept her donations, and have been dismissive of her questions. I wanted to file a formal complaint but couldn't figure out who to contact (as info was not provided). It astounds me how people can still be like that in this day and age...grow up.

Its way to expensive, its best if you didnt go to this store, wouldn't recommend going, they charge a lady extra money for something that cost 50¢ at a different store. Unbelievable.

My young son and I visited this store. We were greeted by a lovely man but boy are some of those ladies in there rude. Never again will we visit that store. It's so expensive as well.
