I usually order delivery from this place, and it's fairly annoying that their GPS/delivery trackers haven't worked for years now.My order took 1.5 hours to arrive. I called after an hour wondering what was up with my order, I was told it was already en route. My house is 5 minutes away, and it took 30 minutes after being told it was en route.My pizzas arrived burnt, cold and soggy, and my garlic bread was squished. The pizza slices looked like they were tampered with because some of the pieces were separated

Ordered online to be delivered… never arrived, i have phoned and constantly engaged, likely off the hook and an early finish was on the cards… complaint made to dominos franchise… hopefully we can rectify this experience and feedback will be updated… big Tee

I cannot complain about their Pizza but I also ordered a Cheesy garlic bread. Not only did it have no cheese the whole right half of the bread was soggy.Usually you would be told of the issue and choose another side, better yet get the half edible garlic bread and a side.Nothing mentioned even tho it was obviously not what was sold.Judge for yourself.

Kaitlyn is such an incredible worker, I’ve just been waiting for my order and she is so talented and fast. I understand how stressful it can be when it’s busy and she is just powering on. Actual queen, she needs a raise right now. Other than that all of the other workers have so much skill as they all work together and provide fresh delish pizza very quickly.Poor Sophie looked like she got called in, and looked like she had wet hair. Seriously amazing work ethic.

Quality of pizzas have gone down in the last few months. Always super busy and not very efficient. Last time they called out my name but very quietly I wasn't sure if I heard my name or not. I waited 15 minutes before asking (super busy so I didn't cut to the front of line). Photos of pizzas ordered: over cooked, slices not cut properly, too much tomato sauce over powered the taste

Waited over an hour for delivery, but no pizza. Rang 8 times before someone finally answered, to hear it had been cancelled and I should've been told. The money was taken however and now I have to wait 3 to 5 business days for a refund. No delivery driver allegedly... read the other reviews. Was a regular customer but it's gone very downhill. Feel sorry for the staff!

Ordered delivery pizza, waited for an hour with no contact. Tried calling the store, but no answer, so drove to the store, only to be told the store didn't have a delivery driver (on a Saturday night), and that the order had been canceled, and that a refund should be on its way.This is some of the worst service I've ever seen from a multinational company. Any kind of contact should have been made, or the order should not have been able to be confirmed. What kind of pizza establishment that offers delivery-specific specials, not have a delivery driver, especially on what can be the busiest night of the week?Absolutely useless. Avoid at all costs.Update: drove past the store ten minutes later, only to see a delivery driver load up on pizza and drove off. So not only was our time wasted, we were lied to.

Ordered and paid for 1 pizza at 5:30pm on a Sunday night online for a 6:30pm pickup. Arrived at the store at 6:30pm for collection, waited 18 minutes for the pizza, 8 minutes of that the pizza was sitting in the warmer.Pizza turned out sub quality.
