Ms. Luz of Trinity NZ was really professional and provides advise to you straight to the point. She was easy to communicate with and made my visa application so much easier. As long as you provide all the documents she asks and require to get your visa processed, then she'll sort out the rest. She's very reliable and provides update to her clients regularly. You dont need necessarily have to chase her for an update of the status of your application as does keep in touch with you on a regular basis. She puts alot of effort in the processing and goes the extra mile for her clients. She is also very reasonable and doesn't take advantage of her clients. Most of us doesnt know about visa processing and immigration laws but she would be able to clarify any questions. Highly recommended to assist you with your busy schedules!

I have had trust issues from people especially regarding important matters like immigration papers and personal profiles, if I can give them 10 stars, I would. I have been referred by my auntie to Trinity NZ and saw good reviews (as i check reviews as well from other people), they have a really good review and decided to go to them for advices and to process my immigration papers for residency. They have helped me a lot, they were very professional and are very consistent since the beginning up until I have received my residence visa they have been updating me as to not let me worry. It took us just the right amount of time to have received the visa we needed. I definitely recommend their services and they also care for their clients as well. ❤️

Ate Luz is very courteous and professional to talk with, even after I transferred my student visa processing from my previous immigration adviser. She delivered the services offered more than I expected. She is prompt in responding to inquiries and provides a wide variety of options available in the most efficient way.
