The reception staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean and everything needed for self catering was available. The apartments are very central to everything, supermarkets, marine parade and town centre are all within a short walk - ideal location. Would definitely recommend and would be happy to revisit.

Unfortunately the night I stayed there for a business trip was awful! The other guests on my floor kept opening and closing their bloody doors and I had about 3 hours sleep- not ideal when you have a high pressure business meeting that morning and then have to drive back to Wellington. The rooms and location along with tge front of desk services on arrival was great ...

Good quality, customer friendly, and affordable accommodation at the heart of Napier. The room has a kitchenette with cooking utensils and complimentary hot drinks. Mini fridge, microwave, and kettle were available. Flat iron, safe deposit box, TV, and heat pump were also available in the room. The beds were comfy and there was also a dining area for two. If you prefer, you can dine outside on the balcony. The balcony had a nice view of the streets and shops. The bathroom was immaculate. It has towels and complimentary toiletries. Swimming pool on-site. Parking is also available but you need to save your spot early.The location is handy to known locations.

Very comfortable bed, equipped with a kitchen and washer and dryer.Service is very good, and the location is great when visiting the city.

We stayed in the accessible room. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was well laid out.

Best central Napier city location. Chic but not overdone. Comfortable rooms with great amenities.

Surprizing, affordable quality and privacy in the middle of town. Close to many amenities and restaurants. Efficient staff. Helpful.
