Beautiful out of the way spa with onsite parking. (Just off the main road, but easy to access.)Very calm feel about the place as soon as you walk in. I loved that there was a relaxing scent in arrival that helped to relax.Clean and spacious.

I recently had a massage and facial with a lovely therapist called Sakura. I’ve had a lot of massages and beauty treatments but this was definitely one of the best. She was also so lovely! Will be back soon :)

Had a facial with the incredible Tracy-Ann who was an utmost professional in every way. She has been with Forme for over 14 years and it shows. Her knowledge of skincare was so deep - it wasn’t just a facial but an assessment of my skin and what I need moving forward to improve it.

In August 2021 I was gifted a voucher from this spa for “The Pamper Queen - pure indulgence” valued at $389, for my birthday.I was very excited for the experience but unfortunately the long lockdown happened right away and I wasn’t able to use it.I refused to ask for a refund as it wouldn’t be fair on the business which was my mistake.The voucher was expired and I didn’t even received a notification for it.Last September I called the spa to see if the voucher can be extended considering the situation however the manager was not available so my details as well as the voucher’s details were taken so the manager can contact me the next day, but no one did. A few weeks later I called again and I was told by a staff that the voucher was extended and expired even though I was never informed. I asked if there is anyone that I can contact that might be able to reactive the voucher and was given the regional manager’s email address. I emailed them and now it’s been weeks and I never got a reply.I am very disappointed with the lack of response. Is this what I get for supporting a local business?

I enjoyed the Autumn package yesterday with the 20 mins massage and one hour facial. Sakura was amazing. Possibly the best facial and massage I have ever had. I felt like I was floating on a cloud - I will be back. Thank you

I had a terrible experience beginning of this year. The lady said the manager will call me by 8pm for a refund. We are now in June and I received no call. They tried to paint my nails 4 times. The last lady then said it was too thick and done them again. They had a new lady do it and it was suppose to be a 30 minute appointment that turned into 2 hours.
