Unfortunately they were too busy this week to see to my car, but they recommended me to another great mechanic. Excellent, much-appreciated customer service and help from the receptionist and Mark(?).

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish..Incredibly helpful admin staff for booking my vehicle in, confirmation and invoicing.The work itself was completed in a timely manner within suggested time frames, and cost slightly less than the estimate provided 90 minutes after the initial enquiry.I have no hesitation in highly recommending this business, as it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Being a past customer with my former BMW, when our son's Golf had a brake sensor issue I knew immediately who could help me. Brett and the team were happy to assess it straight away for me, source the spare part, send me on my way in a courtesy car and I picked it up the same afternoon. Outstanding service - thank you!

I wish I could give Sherson more than 5 stars. I bought a vehicle sight unseen from a dealer which unfortunately had pretty major problems, and Sherson took care of everything without any hassle whatsoever. From using their real world expertise to properly diagnose all of the car’s faults, to liaising with the dealer to undertake the necessary repairs, to keeping me well posted on the progress of the job until completion - It’s been an awesome experience. Brett & the team are knowledgeable, approachable, and easy to work with (especially for someone like me who loves cars but can’t manage much more than changing a tyre). These guys are also genuinely passionate about working on cars, which you’d think was commonplace, but is rare in my experience with other mechanics. Other businesses should be following Sherson Automotive’s example, this company really knows how to look after their customers!
