Our group ran the Milford Track in one day, and had our car relocated from Deepwater Basin to Te Anau Downs by Easyhike. All communications and instructions were clear and the process was made so easy. Definitely recommend them for any car relocation services

Health and safety is of the utmost importance when tramping in isolated areas and this company, in my experience, does not support that. Due to this, I am scoring 1 star because a lower score isn’t possible.Wonderful that the owner states below they transport nearly 1000 cars per season however, when things go wrong or not to plan, a company should have procedures in place to help….Especially a company that transports nearly 1000 cars per season to isolated areas. The company did not transport our vehicle and were extremely unhelpful in resolving the problem. Had a very kind and helpful bus driver from another company not spotted 2 from our party of 4 sitting on the side of the road, thinking it odd and checking if we were okay we would have been stranded in Milford.

We used easy hike for gear hire and the booking of the Routeburn track. The process was efficient and easy hike was able to secure tickets in a professional fashion. The gear hire was equally comprehensive. A terrific and personable job done by the team. Would highly recommend!

Booked Easyhike for Routeburn Track (1 experienced & 3 novice walkers) & always some concerns how it would all work.Am happy to say it all worked out as planned - our tour incl car key safe (pick-up, drop off & use all easy), car relocation to end of track with petrol top up (happened seamlessly), park & hut tickets & Milford Sound cruise (no hitches) & the food provisions were more than adequate (choices provided & probably enough for another day trekking). Accommodation prior & post trek also great, with free parking.Staff always responsive to queries & proactive in making sure everything was OK (even a warning there had been a small landslip but track still open).The walk is MAGNIFICENT!

DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY! They forgot to relocate our car and left us stranded in Milford Sound with no reception and blamed us for not calling them sooner when we were upset with being left for FOUR HOURS in the cold in the middle of nowhere!Their resolution was to book us on a bus with no way of getting to the bus station with less than half an hour before it left and a 30 minute walk ahead of us with an injured tramper. They just said good luck and THEY HUNG UP ON US!!Terrible terrible company. I can’t believe how poorly our situation was managed and they never even bothered to check if we made the bus!!!!If it weren’t for the incredibly kind and helpful tourism companies not associated with them, we would have never made it out of Milford Sound that night.What defines a company is not when they do well but how they recover when things don’t go to plan. This company really dropped the ball and never recovered. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Easyhike was brilliant - really helpful and went out of their way to take our booking when they were in the middle of moving offices. The car was waiting for us as soon as we finished our hike, so it was great to be able to head back to Te Anau without waiting for a bus. Would definitely recommend!
