The staff is friendly, appointment not always necessary, although quick response time if booking through Facebook. Great with colour and the pricing is so good, not paying an arm or leg to look beautiful! Would 100% recommend.

Tonette has joined the team as a massage therapist and after seeing her for the last few weeks I can wholeheartedly recommend her to one and all. With years of experience in massage she has helped me immensely. Deep tissue and stretches that get all the knots out. Highly recommended

I was VERY uncomfortable with my most recent visit there. Several of the people who know either the owner and/or workers at Sassy's were just sitting around talking in their own language. Customer service was a 1 out of 10. I am all for people getting together and socializing but not in a public business place where they were just hanging around talking and not using the services that the business provides. This now the second time this has happened, I felt intimidated and very uncomfortable :-(

The therapist was running late but nobody bothered to inform me. I left my phone number when I booked my appointment and they could have easily dropped me a message to let me know. Once I arrived at the salon, I was left sitting for 15 minutes without any apologies, explanation or a heads up on how long the wait might be. I ended up having to leave the salon without any service due to the time overrun as had to head back to work. Very disrespectful and disappointing. Won't be coming again.

Very neat and tidy space with great ambiance! Everyone was very welcoming and happy to work with. Special thanks to Angeline who did my manicure (french dip) very well for my upcoming wedding. I’m one satisfied customer here. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back.

Amazing! This was quite honestly the best spa manicure and pedicure I have ever had. Really impressed with the attention to detail and quality. And the gels are vegan friendly. Also have a fantastic massage chair. It was a real treat. Friendly staff and lovely modern premises. Looking forward to my next visit. :-)

Very comfortable shop in town to relax even just for a bit, they don't just cut your hair they tell you what cut suits your look and the staff are lovely and very accommodating..Wait there's more, they do massage and nails for the missus..5 star all the way

I’ve been debating whether or not to post my review for about a week now but I feel I,need to. I visited Sassy’s last week before a funeral to have my nails done. I have been getting sns regularly for the last 5 years and this is the worst set I’ve ever had. It took over an hour to remove the sns I already had on. Once this was removed my nails were not shaped and the application of the new sns was the strangest I have ever seen. It left my nails all clumpy and bumpy as the application wasn’t even. I thought my nails would have been shaped after the sns was applied but this was not the case. The sns was then only filed down with a nail file. My nails are all different lengths and shapes. By the time I got home from my appointment which was about 2 hrs the gel top coat had already come off every single nail. Disappointed for the price I paid and wouldn’t return. The staff were lovely and very friendly, just maybe need training, in sns applications and removals.
