Unfortunately, there is a very rude uncaring woman on reception(not Rachel she is great)Her lack of empathy and willingness to assist is why I take all my animals to Central City Vets... I gave the same information to the receptionist there and she instantly found a way to make it work and in a polite friendly manner.I have previously had good experiences with Rachel on reception at vetplus, and the vets did their job. The same receptionists I dealt with on my last two encounters is the only reason i wont return again.

Great staff to deal with starting with the lovely ladies at reception to the lovely vet lady who attended to my fur baby Tiny. It's so refreshing to see staff who love their job and have a passion for their job. 10 out of 10 Vet Plus without a doubt!!

Lovely vet and staff. Have had my two cats treated very well, explained everything to me concisely. Wonderful when I had to get one of my cats put down, made the process of making the decision easier and treated both of us very kindly. No complaints at all.

My car was hit by a car and this vet wouldn’t help him because the cat was listed with another vet who doesn’t do after hours emergencies. Don’t ever call yourselves animal caregivers… because obviously it’s not about the injured animal.

Love the service and team at Vet Plus: reception, vets, nurses, other practice staff: they are all outstanding. We have taken our pets there for years and are always treated with kindness and compassion. They also have been particularly good with our cat Frank who has a few extra issues. Special mention to Rachel and Paula on reception and Jan.

Very good staff and friendly. took my puppy for a second vaccine. I love the way they treat my puppy I recommend to all of them and also very good price
