My Ride Mt Maunganui
The team at My Ride Mount Maunganui have been amazing at helping us with all parts of bike ownership from sizing up and purchasing new bikes, maintaining old ones, going through options for kiddy seats and working out the best solution for putting a bike rack on our vehicle that has an awkward large spare wheel mounted on the rear door. Nothing is ever a problem and we are just very thankful for our friendly local team. Cheers to Leonie and John!

John and his team are amazing! They have so much knowledge, even for my bike that I brought from overseas. Many others have struggled with it, but they were able to fix it quickly. On top of that great service, quick communication and super friendly. They also give a lot to our Papamoa community, which is awesome. Highly recommend them!

John at My Ride Mt Maunganui always make me feel like a special customer whenever I call in - I appreciate how he takes time to explain technical aspects of my bike’s annual service and any additional parts replacements undertaken, in terms I can understand, and I notice he remembers my stories and preferences from previous visits. In the workshop Phil has just carried out a rebuild of my Scott mountain bike wheels because replacement wheels were not currently available from the supplier – his hands-on technical expertise is impressive. Fantastic customer service all round!

John and the team are amazing! No pressure to buy just guidance, taking the time to really understand what kind of bike was best suited to me and my style of riding. I had previously been sold a bike (from another bike shop) which was totally inappropriate for me and as a result had lost all confidence. My new bike thanks to John is 100% perfect and has me back riding with a smile on my face and enjoying cycling with my partner again! Can't recommend these guys highly enough.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and very willing to assist us after having 2 cycles stolen. In the end I will continue with my ebike and my wife was offered another bike by a friend, so mo sale for John. But we realy recommend this company. For us they went way beyond our expectations, simply to help and actually restored our level of faith in people. Thank you John.
