Pit Stop Kerikeri

I booked in for fitting of the towbar. Despite having the car dropped off at 8am on the day I was not informed until 2:30pm that the towbar parts had not arrived and it would have to be rebooked another dayI booked in over a month ago and called on 29 March to change the date by pushing it back a week until 28 April. And called again last week to confirm the booking.I was relying on this to be done today as I had a trailer to pick up to load a sailing dinghy onto on 29 April.Their failure to secure the part is inexplicable and unacceptable given the amount of time you had to secure the necessary parts

They were really friendly and efficient I had to stop in last minute with an car emergency and they helped me straight away!

If only staff of services for vehicles were like you all. I failed my WoF. The receptionist explained why as did the mechanic. The receptionist also advised me to go to another server which I did and got my windscreen issue fixed. They repaired my tyre on the spot! Result? WoF done, rego done...thank you for the advice and help Pit Stop! Awesome place to take your business

I was told by another mechanic that my car needed a power steering pump but they couldn’t get the part so I went to Pitstop, they ordered the pump and I paid them almost $700 first before the work was done, they booked me in and took my car in and waited only to be told that the guy couldn’t put the pump in because it needed hoses so I left without my car being Fixed, And on top of that something was purposely done to my engine because when I left and I was driving home I heard a ticking noise and my car started stalling, I managed to get home but the next day I tried to start my car and my engine wouldn’t run and kept cutting out which it’s never done before until I left Pitstop, paid $700 for nothing and now my car doesn’t run anymore, I’m just devastated.

Was waiting for call back so I've waited since Tuesday Now I've had to go somewhere else in kaikohe as they called me back within hour of leaving a message some message I left for pit stop kerikeri where I live even if they had just called to say sorry booked out Till when ever thankz

horrible i have taken my car in to be fixed and has come back with more problems that weren’t there before and the mechanic turned to me and agreed it was his fault showed me what he did wrong and is now saying it wasn’t his fault

It's so important, as a female, to find a mechanic that you can trust.All too often we are treated as if we don't know anything and get ripped off for things we don't need repaired.These guys are exactly the opposite, they told me exactly what needed to be done, sent me a quote (the actual repairs came in less than quoted) and explained to me a few things that I could do myself to keep the cost low.Not only are they fair and honest, the customer service is outstanding! I had to change the day I brought it in, and they were only more than happy to accommodate, they managed to get it sorted the very next day.Communication was on point, friendly and approachable staff, an excellent job done in a cost-effective and timely manner.I will be using these guys from now on.
