Flex Fitness Howick

Without a doubt the best gym in Auckland and Stephanie Mansfield is absolutely awesome. Many of our staff and friends go there.

I have been coming to Flex Howick since it first opened and love the quality and wide range of machines and equipment available. Always adding new equipment or additional ones along the way. I love the sauna and private en-suite bathrooms. Nice friendly staff and always helpful. Great work guys!

I recently joined Flex Fitness howick and have been so impressed. Stephanie made me feel welcome from the get go and it was so great getting to chat to Erica on sign up and getting a formulates work out plan. The equipment is the best I've seen in Auckland and it's never too crowded to not be able to use it.

Just wanted to take a moment and share my wonderful experience with Flex Fitness Howick.The facility is wonderful, well maintained and stacked with fresh new equipment. Staff are also highly supportive and always happy to provide support and answer questions to help you out.The atmosphere is great, everyone is super friendly and courteous to one another.Well done guys, the standard here is top notch!

Nice new gym, equipment is top quality. Though the functional side is not to my liking. Having bench and squat downstairs didnt work for me as I needed the dumb bells that were upstairs. Didn't find it welcoming as well, my first time in the club and not one staff member had a smile on their face towards me. I may have caught them on a bad day but your job should be to welcome everyone. You dont get 5 stars due to the staff not being welcoming and also the flow of the gym. However the equipment is still quality. Botany will always be my gym.Thank you for your response, looking back i dont recall a smile but again I could be wrong. I asked my son who was the person in question about his key tag and he doesn't recall a smile too. However he remembers the thumbs up and there was no issue with that. When we came in I always say hello with a smile which to be fair I did say first. Don't recall the response so if he did then I didn't hear it. All the best as Flex gyms are still quality gyms. Just only my experience. Will change my star rating as I know I will come back again.

Switching to this gym was one of the best decisions I've made.The facility is brand new and extremely well maintained. New equipment is brought in regularly where needed and what is in place covers all needs. All the machines work well and the free weights are neatly organized.The extra space from the skills athletic" room means that there are plenty of racks in between classes and provides a comfortable area to do bodyweight or mat work.The staff themselves are all friendly and approachable

Turned around from trying out the gym because I said I am not looking to sign up soon.Response: Thanks for your reply. I requested to do a trial with the gym, for the potential of joining the gym in the future. But I was rejected as I said I am not looking to join soon" and the only way I can try out the gym was to pay for a casual visit."
