Excellent service from Lea in Hastings. Turned up at 5.05pm after closing and she wanders out on her way home and offers to assist with my purchase of Showerwitch.This exemplifies what customer service is all about.These types of customer service agents are well worth keeping!

Very friendly owner, I went in to buy some more shower witch and ended up getting my rings cleaned by Lea.. great service, the seaweed tea plant tonic is also another great product they stock

Very poor web site. Especially for the courier delivery options.Tells you that Waiheke deliveries and orders by phone call only, but no warnings about an RD address elsewhere.In my case I went all the way through checkout for it to tell me no information was held about my address so no courier delivery option.What a joke. No algorithm using NZ Post Code finder doing any sort of auto look-up UI, just leaves it to you to type in your own address, and then says it can't find you? Rubbish UI and poor web site.
