I love this store, As a piano player I get a music vibe when i walk in the door the instruments are beautiful , I talk to them and they talk to me.

Came in around 2-3 pm on a Sunday. Met by an old man who was very arrogant when asked questions about Yamaha pianos and spoke in a condescending manner. He made many jokes which were not appropriate and the place is very cramped. Maybe came in on a bad day but service was definitely not to an acceptable level and would rate lower than 1 star if possible.

I've never visited this store and probably never will mainly due to the odd style of customer service received here. The chap I've spoken too is quite unfriendly, unhelpful and almost argumentative, very much unlike the the service I've had from the other stores.
