Whole family has food poisoning because of this place I would have assumed they knew how to cook chicken considering that is their job. They had the cheek too only give a partial refund while you can literally kill people if you don't cook right and use proper hygiene. Should be closed down.

If you could give a review of lower than one star, this kfc would get one, worse drive though. Expect at least 45-60min wait in the drive through on a regular basis.

Your customer service is always poor your staff are always rude 3rd time iv tried here and never impressed you should be shut down the town kfc is better at least get staff that want to actually work

Chicken varies from good to not so good... often run out of staples like coleslaw. Drive thru or shop can often be unavailable. Never had the order wrong. Fries often coldish.

i don't know how this website has approved a wrong email address i entered in the very beginning, but they are asking to check confirmation emails for my online orders today. i can't retrieve the emails for the wrong email address i used so they just wouldn't give me the food I've paid for.i showed them the order history, as well as payment shown in bank transaction but they just won't accept it. Why are they so obsessed with the procedure" they should follow but leaving me waiting for no solution during limited lunch hours? I thought customer service in NZ is more considerate but KFC has proved me wrong."

Chips never have salt and are usually over-cooked, doesn't make any sense since you have to wait a good 30 minutes every time. Always forgetting things or giving other meals instead of the one ordered. Maybe hire people who want to work there?
