We had a great experienced with their food. Fast delivery. Accurate food served. The price is worth it with the taste.

The size has got smaller for the chicken katsu and is cooked up so early for lunch rush by the time lunch rush starts chicken is luke warm. It's a shame, use to be good.

At Molesworth Street shop. Entered with a cheerful greeting, got nothing in reply. No smile or pleasantries from the staff. Guy in charge just pointed and sighed exasperatedly. Guy in charge so rude. Don't wanna go back there

i agree with kerry cotterall reveiw. they put more rice and the greens then chicken in my kutsu, its like the chicken been out since the morning. which is a shame beause it best done fresh. overpriced

The middle-aged man was extremely rude to us today. We are not locals and didn’t know the chicken bowls automatically came with sauces but had to stop the man midway from preparing our food since our son has food allergies and can’t have mayonnaise. We still decided to get the first bowl prepared for us anyway but the man was like dumping our food in front of us, rolling his eyes and acting very annoyed. The young lady at the cash registry also kept asking “excuse me, is that all? is that all?” while I was still having a look at their sushi range and felt rushed so just ended up not getting anything for myself. I get it they’re in a busy district and probably used to the lunch rush hour but they just opened and there were no other customers yet besides us so why the rush? Anyway the staff in this shop need to work on their customer service.

Gotta get in quick all the goodness is gone by 1pm usually. Nothing amazing but good straight up fresh sushi and great katsyu chicken. Also Much better value than most chain sushi shops.

The staff were excellent and went above and beyond! They didn't have to accommodate me as much as they did but their service was excellent and I'm thrilled by my meal!

Decent quality and very quick and efficient. The pick your own style is cool.
