Had a wonderful experience purchasing 2 arm chairs from Karen. She is absolutely lovely to deal with and puts her heart into her work - which shows in how unique and character filled her designs are! Also a much better idea to support a business like The Upholstress than buying expensive furniture from showrooms which just adds to the waste on this planet.

Karen was absolutely amazing when reupholstering our window seat cushion. She came up with a few options to make it look even better than we had even thought of... and the end result was stunning.She even went the extra mile and made some extra cushion covers with the left over material.Karen, her workman ship and customer service was exceptional - I highly recommend The Upholstress to everyone.
