I love the vibe of the place, it's so calm and private. The staff are so friendly and kind on call and irl! Rescheduling my appointment was done so easily and conveniently with their help. Also shoutout to Lavinia who was such an amazing human and so good at her job:)

Great staff who are welcoming and make sure you are well looked after. They have also given me the best advice for my exact skin/hair type and have a lot of knowledge on all the treatments.Would definitely reccomend.

I visited the St Lukes's Mall branch for laser removal today (5 April 2023). Overall, I enjoyed the treatment and appreciated the efforts of the services I received. I have very sensitive skin...but Thank God, I never had any rashes or pain during the treatment. The room also had proper lighting and was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and professional. I look forward to my next visit. Thank you for your time and effort in providing excellent service.

I really liked being treated by Steph and Jacinta. They are warm and professional. Ensuring I am comfortable with the laser and modifying as required.Jacinta is the owner and she has also helped me clarify which treatments I purchased by promptly replying to my email - as I was a little confused.Would recommend using the St Lukes clinic. Very clean and inviting.

Laser hair removal - I should have done it years ago! It's so good not to have to think about epilation and just choose how to dress or what to do based only on what you want.The treatments here are not at all painful, quite efficient in my case, and not that expensive (they have special deals). The ladies are really nice, which is important with this kind of intimate treatments. No chatting if you don't want to, but lots of good advices if you want them.And the location in St Lukes mall is very convenient.

Every experience I’ve had with the Laser Clinics team at St Lukes Westfield has always been pleasant, professional and seamless. The team have always treated me with care and respect and the results have been incredible. Highly recommend.

I booked and attended an express microdermabrasion treatment yesterday and was first not only met with a very unwelcoming reception, but continuous rude interactions with a staff that treated me.When booking my appointment online, I expected a 20-minute skin consultation on top of the 10-minute treatment, as listed in the treatment description on their website for first time customers. I was perplexed once I entered the room as they completely skipped the consultation and told me to lay down straight away - not even asking basic questions that pertains to the condition of my skin etc. (I was only taken this aback because I had the complete opposite experience with the Cosmetic Clinic team where I underwent the same treatment but was met with attentive service e.g. I was consulted about my skin concerns, pictures taken for before and after, product enquiries and recommendations as well as UV light examination etc.)As for the actual treatment itself, I was taken in at 7:05pm and out at 7:20pm, the expected service time cut down by half. The service felt very rushed and hasty, and I felt like I was wanted out the door as soon as possible. It felt very hostile during my treatment as the staff did not say a word to me - she did not explain what she was going to do and put in absolutely no effort in making small talk. To top it off, once my treatment was completed, they basically brushed me off saying I can just go if I've paid online and did not bother to explain any post-treatment care or even a simple farewell.I am disappointed because I had a great experience at the Sylvia Park clinic but was unfortunately not met with the same care here. My image of this franchise is now completely tainted, and I highly do not recommend booking here if you want to be met with friendly and attentive customer service.Response to manager:I did email and text you back multiple times but no follow up from you. If you wanted to resolve this, you would be more persistent with contacting me back.

I have been coming here for over 3 years and they have a great team and always have amazing deals. They are very efficient and knowledgeable, especially with Laser Hair Removal. The clinic owner is very responsive and always listens and accommodates to customers' needs. Highly recommend this clinic.

Have been going here for more than a year and my experience has been really good. I started just with the underarms laser as I was apprehensive at first but it worked so well that I went ahead with more. The clinic is super clean and the lady was so kind and helpful with advice when I had questions. Would happily recommend to anyone as the service is worth it.

I picked this little boutique for pre-wedding skin treatments and now I've become a regular. Their online booking system is very easy to use, which is a bonus. The facility is tidy and clean. The staff is super friendly. I have to mention a particular member Marnie. She is so professional. My skin seems to improve a lot since the 1st HydraFacial treatment. I thoroughly enjoy my experience with LCNZ St Lukes, highly recommend!
