Lifesavers, literally! We rushed our cat Abby into the clinic in a bad way, I actually thought I'd lost her on the trip in! Sam saw her immediately, absolutely nailed her diagnosis & then set to work saving our beloved girl from a vicious chest infection that definitely would have taken her if left any longer. The compassionate post operative care from Sam & her awesome Nurses was second to none, including regular updates on her progress, photos, & even allowing us to visit Abby as she recovered. I have no hesitation recommending Pegasus Bay Vets & will be bringing all our future vet business across to them going forward. Thankyou from the bottom of our hearts.

I was a little hesitant to change from our previous vets, but was recommended by a friend to take my two greys here, man I'm glad I did! Both Ben and Sam are such kind hearted, genuine people who actually took the time to get to know my two and gave them the best treatment we have ever received. I am so grateful for all of the staff, I will most definitely continue to bring our two greyhounds here. Highly recommend. Thanks team.

Honestly cannot recommend these guys enough. My dog is terrified of the vets due to bad experiences elsewhere, but the team at pegasus bay just take everything at the dogs pace and do everything in their power to make him comfortable. You guys deserve a medal, thanks for always making things so easy!

Ben, Sam and their team of vet nurses are indeed a very nice vets to be with. Ben has operated on our little dog recently and has followed up with phone calls and visits to make sure she is doing well. Professional and caring vets and you are always greeted by smiling, friendly vet nurses.

Sam, Ben and the crew are just awesome. If you want a vet that really cares about your animal then bring your pets to these guys.

I could not recommend this team any higher. Exceptionally good.My dog is high-needs and can be scary (big, reactive). Each time we visit, both dog and me are greeted with genuine attention and the dog feels reassured and relaxes.While pet ownership is expensive, Never Ever did I get pushed this is the most expensive so is the best so buy it". Every assessment or treatment is explained and I can make a choice if available.They are really very honest and nice and kind people.But most important by far is that the nurses and vets care genuinely for animal-welfare and are fully competent.My dog Nero is maintaining improved quality of life thanks to Sam and Ben and Renee

5 star service for our pug with a severe ear infection requiring surgery, and for general check ups and care for our other dog. Staff are fantastic!
