Disgusting customer service very rude. I am disappointed that a simple query was not answered just told look online which I had.Only required confirmation of part and reassurance instead I was grumped at spoken to with no regard absolutely disappointed . No regard or care of genuine enquiry.

Paul is a good dude! Before he shipped out the part I was after, he gave me a call just to make sure everything was the right fit.Due to rare circumstances, I still got the wrong parts. HOWEVER! Paul made everything right and promptly sorted everything out and shipped out the correct part. He even gave out a refund for a part that could not be easily replaced.Highly recommend Swift Parts and Paul. Great Service and genuine dude overall. 5/5

Paul is such a nice guy, initially bought just the parts off him (did warn him we would be back as I knew my husband wouldn’t be able to do it) and yip within a few days back to Paul to fit the parts and do the service for my daughters car..thanks again Paul we will definately be back when needed again:-)
