Just spent 5 days in Queenstown recently, and whilst the ski conditions were rather poor we were fortunate to have Ross as our driver.Prompt, polite and knowledgeable, he made the journeys safe and a pleasure.Highly recommend.Andrew & Victoria

We used Haula for transport to and from the Gibbston Valley Concert this weekend. What a great idea this was, both of our drivers Phil & Jordan, were on time and awesome to deal with and communication was perfect. Vans were very clean and tidy. Phil was a great driver. He knew the area well had a lot of great information and was very friendly. He was training a new driver imparting his knowledge and skill as well and everyone had a great trip up the mountain.

Phil was our driver to and from The Remarkables and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Whilst the road is narrow and icy he was confident and made us all feel safe, even gave us info on the beautiful land as we went past. 10/10 recommend, they’re certainly written down to use when back in NZ

My family of five used Haula for 5 days to get up and back from the Remarkables. Almost all the days involved considerable traffic and heavy snow/ice/wind. Phil and his team (Ross, Aaron and Aidan) did a wonderful job safely navigating the journeys and taking great care of us all week. Had a really amazing experience with Phil, even though is just a short drive up and down of Remarkables skifield, but he is really an amazing guy, and hope the drive could be longer. Experience driving skill, knowledgeable, show us how to fit the chains in no time. Share the experience on how to drive up to Remarkables. Well prepared, and totally worth it. He do LOTR private tour, might give it a go next time.

Well what can I say, there's a reason why Haula have a flawless 5 star rating.From my initial contact with Phil months ago, tasked with the job of organising travel for 21 lads for a stag trip for the day up to Cadrona and back down to Queenstown via a Brewery, Phil the director was friendly attentive and answered any questions I had.I gave him a rough idea of numbers the plan we had and he provided itinerary to allow me to work with my plans.Pricing was transparent and fair considering the service provided.On the day we had 2 drivers Christina and Jordan who were awesome! Very friendly had heaps of banter and nothing was too much and they were so accommodating and everything went as planned.And if you happen to be in Christina's van and she asks you to drop a rap beat, do it cos we were all surprised at her freestyle rapping skills which flowed as smooth as the day went for us.If I'm ever back in Queenstown and require Bespoke tailored shuttles these guys would definitely be my first port of call and would reccomend to anyone!!Thank you.From Matt and the 20 other lads on the day.
