Heritage Court Motor Lodge

I paid $173 for a pet friendly king sized room with a spa. On arrival I found that the carpet was disgusting (stains) there was a burn on the floor from a pot or pan, the spa barely worked, and he wanted an extra $40 to have my dog in the room. So my dog slept in the ute. Even though the carpet was disgusting to begin with. Claiming it takes longer to clean. Um. Maybe an extra 5 minutes if u have a husky that's shedding.. I do not. My boy is very tidy and just sleeps on his bed the whole time. I would not pay $173 for that room. Maybe if it had a king as advertised, I would pay $150 max

The bathroom was a bit dated, lamps needed fixed. There were lots of channels advertised however very few actually worked. Was pretty good but not the best.

Enjoyed our stay here. The room was nice and had everything we needed. The spa bath was excellent, and was just perfect to relax in after a long day!

Can't fault this place. Good rooms, very clean,all facilities provided. Very warm. Great shower.quiet. our 2 bedroom unit has its own private courtyard. We haven't had to ask for anything as everything expected is done very efficiently as a matter of course. Has it's own restaurant for great breakfast and dinner options. Would recommend to anyone.

Nìce place to stay. Clean warm comfortable unit. Dining room very cold. Dinner excellent but also not warm.

Warm room, good shower, not cramped, a quiet room. Overall, great short stay accommodation.

We were very disapointed in the whole experiance. We arrived easter Friday and went to office checked in and paid for room. The reception pointed on map and out the window where the unit was, We were told they were waiting for the heater to be repaired but there was another one in unit for our use. The website mentioned items that were supplied in the room. ie free wifi. this could not be connected no matter how we tried. A friend called in to see us and also tried to connect the wifi. No go. Free toiletries. There were none of any type. Te toilet in the room is fine to use until you need the toilet roll. This was behind the toilet, above shoulder height. you had to be a contotionist to use. The tv is so far up that you coldnt watch without straining your neck. To change channels you had to stand up. The batteries seemed flat. The book in the unit listed sky channels most of them didnt exist. The handle to get out of the spa tub was missing also. Would I stay there again . NO

When we arrived and went int the room late afternoon, the windows up really high in the bathroom was not closed so my husband had to climb up on a chair to close them. The throws and fabric chair had a few strands of dry grass on them. The apartment looked quite new in the picture but is actually an older motel renovated. Sliding doors and windows are rather old. A musty smell when you walked in. Was a bit disappointed when I arrived.After going to get some dinner, I arrived back to find my colleague staying next door and then he said his whole crew is coming through to stay. I also saw vehicles from my previous company so it’s very much a contractors motel. If I knew this, I would have chosen somewhere else for this price or similar.For the first time I had left something behind in a accommodation facility when I left. A Shiseido face wash. I called them and they said they didn’t find it. I said it’s definitely there and told her exactly where I put it. She said she checked the room and it’s not there. I asked if the cleaner had throw it out and she said probably. Then I asked why they not check or throw out customers belongings? She first said what do you want me to do about it (impatient tone) it’s not her, it’s is the cleaner who probably throwers it out and I said but you’re responsible for your cleaners right? Then she said she will talk to the manager to tell the cleaners to check customer belongings in the future. So don’t leave any expensive face wash or things you use in the bathroom here as it will just end up in the bin.Apart from this, motel was relatively clean, could do with a coffee table being a luxury one bedroom apartment. Also so lamps on the side drawers in the bedroom with 2 single beds. The cleaner was friendly and asked if we needed fresh towels on the second day. For $230 a night (we booked early) you can probably find something a bit better. Really just looks luxurious in the pics but really isn’t. A very average motel room.

This place was tidy enough, but the carpet was filthy with horrible stains, which was off-putting also we could literally hear the people in the next room breathe, cough, and snore. We had to go buy batteries for the remote to work. The restaurant served a good cooked breakfast, though. I would not stay again as we got no sleep.
