Highly highly recommend Alana at contact c.a.r.e Waikato.I have been suffering with back pain for years my first session with Alana and my pain was virtually gone!I am a hairdressers so back issues come with the job seeing Alana regularly has reduced any sort of pain. She is magic!As well as being pain free the other bonus is Alana as a person. She has the warmest nature and makes you feel completely calm and relaxed. She is super knowledgeable and passionate about what she does so you instantly know your good hand.I can’t thank Alana enough!

Went to Alana to help with my anxiety and also bone aching. It is now two weeks later and I have noticed such amazing change. I feel lighter, and the ache from my broken arm has disappeared. My anxiety has improved amazingly! I can’t wait for my next session to see how things progress further.

Alana is amazing at what she does, she really takes the time to listen to you and finds ways to help you with tools to be able to ensure comfort. She was always ensuring I was comfortable. I have a nerve condition which sometimes I cannot be touched and Alana took it in her stride and did small steps to ensure I was alright and kept asking how I was feeling throughout each session. Its not only about trusting in the process, but being patient in the process! Thank you Alana :)

Alana took time to listen carefully to the problem and used this information to treat my son. She ensured he was comfortable at all times and asked how the treatment was going and how he was feeling. She took care in her treatment and he is now feeling very well. Thank you.

I've suffered from concussion multiple times and Alana and Aaron have release them and got back me on track. Have helped with my migraines too. Highly recommend them!

I've been seeing Aaron for the past few years and can't recommend him enough! He has helped me through sporting injuries and body rehabilitations after surgeries. I always walk out feeling so much better not only physically but mentally as well. I wouldn't be able to thank him enough for all the help he has given me over the years, I highly recommend him.

Cannot say enough to recommend Waikato ConTact C. A. R. E.. Aaron has been a life changer for me for years now. Been by far the most effective, painfree method of helping with a huge number of issues, from normal life aches and sore limbs etc, to emotional and mental issues. Having tried many other treatment forms over the last 30 plus years, I would never use, or personally recommend anything other than this again, ever.
