TAYLOR'S DRYCLEANERS APPARELMA, MASTERTON.I had all my dry cleaning done there as they did a excellent job of the clothing, jerseys, also l had these big heavy cream bedspreads cleaned, they came back like new. The Management and Staff are nothing but excellent to deal with, l can not do enough to highly recommend this businesses to everyone. l am only to pleased to give them a 5 rating they deserved it.Good parking right outside the door when you have heavy items and its raining. Price well you pay for a excellent job and believe me it was excellent.Don't take my word for it, go take your precious clothing, etc. to this special Drycleaners.Thankyou Louise.

Very hesitant to do my clothing, treating me like I can’t afford their services and recommend that I just “go to the laundromat” instead.If washing peoples clothes is too much hassle maybe you should try a new direction, and if you’re so stretched thin and at capacity you should buy more equipment and employ more staff. I’ve never been to a business so eager to “not do” what they advertise that they do.I’ve been in twice and had the same treatment both times, easily the worst dry cleaners I’ve been to, and they didn’t even wash my clothes.

Terrible experiences with this business. The first time a jacket was returned dirty (five years ago). Went elsewhere. I reluctantly went back as this has now become the only dry cleaner in Masterton. Dress was returned with additional stains and marks on it. I was accused of adulterating it myself with food, lying, buying the dress second hand and receiving it in a dirty condition (it was brand new and only worn once). Was defensively yelled at, at length by the owner when I tried to sort out the situation. When the call ended with me clearly upset, angry and unhappy with the appalling service, and backing down because the owner wasn’t going to budge, she became very happy and chirpy as if everything was fine. My silence down the phone gave her pause that all was not actually fine. Twenty minutes later I got a text saying they had cleaned the marks, provided photos and acted as if everything was great. I have since picked up the dress but I will never use this business again. I have already used a new dry cleaner in Wellington with no problems and will continue to do so until such time as an alternative dry cleaner opens up in Masterton again.
