Friendly, but have some issues in communicating correctly. Never informed me that the diagnosis and repair that had been done didn't fall under warranty, but just put it on the invoice. Please learn from this, I would think twice to ask for their help again.

Look at a dehumidifier that had an electrical issue - we needed it fixed promptly and they managed to get it done. Good communication.

really rubbsih quality service. I spent 6000$ for installing a kitchen range hood. useless! the fans doesn't work at all. complaining never respond . no recommend!
