Lovely staff, very homely and personal feel to them whilst maintaining a level of professionalism.

I have been visiting this particular optometrist for a number of years. Throughout the whole experience I have experienced nothing less than excellent service and efficiency. Even when an issue occurred with late shipping of contacts (not at the fault of the optometrist) - they were quick to accommodate me with a number of trial contacts to carry me through. I would recommend anyone to this optometrist. Would rate higher than five stars if I could!

I am very glad I found Visique. I had issues with my prescription from the other place and my glasses were very strong and caused a headache. Another problem that I had was I had to use my own frame because of the particular type of face that I have, and it often takes very long to find appropriate frame. But not every optometrist is happy with that fact. Anyway, I went to Visique and explained my problems. I also was very limited in the budget. So, Nigel was able to find me the right lense and it was no problem using my frame, and he had so much integrity in letting me know that the work could be done at affordable price and even explained why others charged twice as much. So, I was given a choice, which I didn't have with the previous optometrist. No need to mention that the work was done fast and with due professionalism. I'm one very happy customer :) Thank you guys!

Nigel has been my optometrist since I was about 5, which is coming up 34 years! I've had to occasionally go to someone else when I've not lived in New Zealand and the experience is never the same. They have always been a great little optometrist and Nigel is by far the best out there.

Fantastic service from Nigel and the front of house women are a dream to work with. No problems to adjust my glasses and always smiling.

The optometrist was very thorough and explained everything as he did the eye test. Love the girls here as they are so helpful and make sure they get your eyewear suited to you. Keep up the great service

So lovely to have friendly and personal service at a local optometrist and to see the same practioner every time. Nigel is thorough, patient and understanding and both my husband and I have had many years of excellent, professional eye care from him and his team.

We went through Glen Eden Visique to get my 2 year old some glasses. We went to a few places before coming here and when we arrived we instantly felt relaxed and like we were in good hands. There was a toy box so our son could have a play while we asked questions. It was such a good experience for us nervous parents and nervous toddler! 100% recommend.
