Staff here are great at their job and super knowledgeable and patient. 100% efficiency and service from Dylan. The staff before him on a previous Saturday were also fantastic. Can we why this place is still operating strong.

Didn't know a shoe shop could be so helpful! Mike was great and the service and knowledge was awesome. There was lots of staff working so no worries about standing around waiting either. Will shop nowhere else from now.

Mike was great when I had an issue with a pair of shoes that were squeaking when they got wet. Mike replaced with a new pair even of different brand which I've had better better success with. I really value that kind of service. Even gave me back the $40 difference. Thank you Mike, I won't go past Shoe Clinic Wellington when it comes to my Tramping shoes.

Came here for the first time today, in hopes of finding a new pair of running shoes. I was helped by Mike, and everything from the customer service to his knowledge about which shoes to buy was amazing. I will definitely return to buy my next pair! Thank you :)

Great service by people who know their products. I bought a lovely pair of Gortex shoes but due to my orthopedic issues, I couldn't wear them for longer than 2 hours. Full refund given with no problem. Awesome place. Thanks

I purchased my shoes online and within an hour I received an email saying that my shoes were being shipped. I received them less than 24 hours later and I live in Auckland. I bought the On-running Cloudrunner and I LOVE them (I already have a pair and wanted another colour). But I also want to say that whoever wrapped my parcel needs to come to my house at Christmas time because the wrapping was absolute perfection - it demonstrated to me how much they pay attention to detail. Got to love a crisp paper fold and tidy tape ;-). Thank you Shoe Clinic Wellington - I have family living there so I will be sure to let them know. And as for the Cloudrunner - they are the first shoe that really supports my feet and with nice cushioning, after an ankle injury a few years ago.

I went in to get info on sizing of Hoka shoes or similar and received very good intelligent advice. Ended up buying Asics. Great service.

I regularly get my shoes here always have a good experience, great staff. Today I came in as there was a fault with my latest set of shoes, I was outside of the normal returns period due to work and holiday hours etc, but no questions asked they replaced and with new ones, friendly helpful staff sorted me out quickly.

TA walkers should not go anywhere else for their replacement trail shoes! Reinhart did an amazing job with my HOKA fitting and totally changed my expectations of how a shoe can perform. At a good price too.
