I have to agree with all the other reviews. Went in to get keys reset with new alarm. It took them way longer than their original estimate.The initial meeting went well, in that Keith was really friendly and helpful but once he had the quote done, I guess I was locked in with them. He then became less interested and helpful.When I got my car back, passenger mirror wasn't working and I had to return the vehicle. Turns out they had to unplug it for some reason and forgot to plug it back in. And the car did have additional scratches that previously weren't there.I don't understand how these guys are Gold partners with the insurance companies. I guess it just goes to show, insurance companies are really happy to take your money but when it comes time for help, you get the worse solution possible.Avoid these guys, really!!!

HORRIBLE, BEYOND APPALLINGGot promised 6 days for the repair. Found out they only started working on it on the 6th day, on the day I should be getting the car back. The receptionist assured they will push the work to finish it by the Friday of that week or following week Monday the LATEST. Went to pick it up on Tuesday morning - still not finished. Gave them few more days. The repair was finished a week later than promised with obvious BUBBLE in the paint work. The guy blamed ME for the bubble appeared (he said that the DENT that was already there had caused the bubble). They refused to show the photos that they took during the assessment before the repair as apparently I have NO RIGHT to see them. Maintained AGGRESSIVE attitude and denied to take any responsibility the whole time until motor assessor from insurance company was called in and I found my own photos to prove that it wasn’t there when the car was brought in. They ended up replacing the part but not a single word of apology was heard. The loan car they offered was smelly and had spider webs.I DO NOT recommend going to them if you do not want to waste your time and be treated unfairly.

We have had these guys fix several work vehicles, European and Japanese. The workmanship is always excellent and paint finish is better tan other repairers we have used. They are always busy so it does pay to book inspections in advance.I would gladly recommend them.

**Edit - Prima took vehicle back in to fix up the rust coming through in roof rails. Im not Happy with the quality of work. I am scared to know what is under the paint and how long until more rust come through!Paint is soft in roof rails and can be pushed with finger and it peels!!!I would not recommend taking your pride & joy there. More hassle then anything. I Had to take my vehicle back to them 3 times with Complaints after they finished the original job.This cost me 1hr off work every time i had to drop off and pick up my vehicle.Well where do i start! Service Took Twice as Long as Originally Told. Roof rails paint is cracked & starting to Rust Already, 5 -months. Intake was Damaged ( scratched badly ) upon them removing it for paint.Car exterior was cleaned- car interior not - still dust & razor blades/ tape. Window rubbers ( interior )were not re installed correctly. Alarm was cut and then re wired up backwards to cause faults. Engine bay was pressure washed and alarm was full of water along with all other electronics. Plastic trim was damaged when rear window was removed.Prima did sort out a couple of issues but still not happy!Ive only just noticed the roof rails paint is cracked and now has started to rust.

Short version:Just like the other reviewer, MCR damaged my car as well. After getting my repaired" car back from them

Car looks great can't actually believe they mended it .. Absolutely great highly recommended!!

Waiting time for a courtesy car of about 6 weeks and on top of that the manager questions you why aren't you using public transportation instead (like if they were going to pay for it). I decided to go to a different company and the service has been great. Try platinum panel and paint in takanini.

Super grateful for the excellent work they did on my car after I was reversed into. Simple process as they liaised with my insurer, and impeccable finish. Nice tidy courtesy car. Kind, helpful and super professional team.

I was referred to them by AMI, Great customer service, staff was friendly and was happy to assist with questions and request, however it would have been a 5 star had they make sure the car return faultless.In my case, the Headlight depth adjustment sensor and the airbag light wasn't reset properly resulting in the headlight did not calibrate when you turn it on and the airbag light was on. But staff was quick to arrange a reset with a technician to have it reset.
