Have used Auto Movements many times to move cars all over the country and they have never let me down. They are always efficient, professional and often better priced than their competitors. Cars are never damaged and their drivers are always willing to help. Cant recommend them enough.

Very pleased with their service. Order was placed on the Sunday, car collected from Christchurch on the Monday, delivered to me in Wellington early Friday morning (Wednesday and Thursday were public holidays due to Christmas.) Will definitely use them again, also happened to be the most affordable company which is always a bonus.

My car was booked for transport from Wellington to Palmerston North nine (9) days ago - company stated delivery within 2 working days. They did not deliver, neither did they contact me to inform they were not delivering. Contact was made 3 times - each time they stated tomorrow hopefully" -- when I complained about them breaching verbal agreement they told me to get lost and hung up on me --- APPALLING ATTITUDE -- NO SERVICE AT ALL - still waiting for my vehicle after 9 days! Beginning to doubt I will ever get my car - police has now been involved. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!"

The staff are rude, promise delivery and then don’t show, with no explanation, phone call or email. My car was delivered 3 days late! Would not recommend this company to anyone

Excellent service and car arrived in Wellington in perfect condition. Moved car during flooding down the south island and got car to us in perfect time (as requested) Customer service was fantastic and we're very happy with the way they handled our requests. I was in the joyful position of being tailgated by a driver for this company as I departed Kaikoura for Picton. The driver was reckless, regularly broke the speed limit and when I no longer felt safe and pulled over to let them pass the were abusive on the horn and hazard lights. The ironic thing was, due to the ebb and flow of the traffic I was still right behind them as we arrived in Picton and I didn't have to speed at all. Their reckless driving gained them no ground or time at all. Watching this driver taking corners, it is only a matter of time before they are in an accident. The driver is not good at their job.Should the company wish to take action against this driver they are currently inline for the next ferry crossing from Picton to Wellington at the time this review is being posted.

They moved my car from Auckland to Wellington. Car arrived in as good as condition as it left.Phone staff are helpful.Price was cheaper than others.Only downside is the amount of time it took to get car down from Auckland, was told it would be down on Monday night, ready for pick up Tuesday, then it would come down on Tuesday night ready for pickup Wednesday. Finally arrived on Thursday.Be prepared for their estimate of 3 to 10 working days to go out the window a little and the only excuse they'll give is is only an estimate""

Car delivered when stated and with no damage, was given an hours notice to give me time to be at home for delivery, delivery instructions followed and car parked in the driveway (which most people cannot find). Overall very happy with the service.A feature to track where the car is via the website would be very cool but calling up and asking was very easy.Cheers
