Went in store to buy myself new shoes on the 19th , Was told they didn't have the shoes in the store but would order them and send to me. Was told i would have them by Tuesday 24th. Thursday 26th i used live chat to find out as i hadn't heard about my shoes. they told me they will look into it. 30th just contacted to find out whats happening with order and told them i want to cancel order. Been told the order can not be cancelled. Will not be shopping through HYPE DC again

Genuinely surprised that Hype DC stocked Hoka running shoes as i was walking past after leaving shoe clinic. Upon entering the store, I was served by Kobe from start to finish and had made my experience a great one. Effortless service and overall great dude. Thank you! Would recommend!

I have bought a shoes from hype and they give me both pair wrong. When I call store they said you can go any store and get it change. I travel all way back from takanini to manukau and when I reached manukau hype they said they don’t have this shoes. They keep me waiting for 20min but at the end they offer me refund which I don’t want. Time wastage and bad experience. If you guys getting shoes from them remember to check both sizes before they pack for you.

Wonderful customer service, served by a chatty young woman. Didn’t have the shoes I wanted in stock so she ordered them from another store and they were delivered the next day. Will definitely buy shoes from them again

Served by Christian, who had great customer service. (I think that was his name). Nice variety of shoes, especially those on sale. Have shopped here twice. Both times have been a pleasant experience.
