I went in to purchase my first pair of Lululemon leggings and the service was so poor I ended up walking away empty handed and very disappointed.I had to ask multiple times with different people to help me and their service was out right rude. After trying 3 pairs on (and not getting checked on while I was in the changing rooms) all three pairs of leggings were unflattering and fitted me poorly. Once I walked out of the changing room I handed the worker standing outside my fitting room the leggings and I said thank you and she just glared at me. She continued to rudely stare at me while I walked away.I came into the store very excited to finally purchase their leggings but honestly the experience made me so upset and angry I will never walk in there again. This review doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

idk how they do it! the staff must work tirelessly for long hours to produce such quality clothing! instore staff are great aswell, short blonde girl helped me pick out some socks i liked 4 work.

Bought some pants from Lululemon and they arrived damaged with a minor tear. Brought them in to store, and as they did not have stock, ordered a pair for me online. Received a week later - wrong pants. taken back to store again, none in stock or online. Got a full refund. Staff are nice but buying from Lulu is painful and time-consuming.

Store is spacious, tidy, and cosy. Not hard to find things. Staff is super friendly and very approachable. Brand itself is very good. I like the tights and super slim yogamat. Price wise is a bit middle high but it comes with the quality and I think it is very reasonable.
