Very good service. Came into the store and told the employee what I was looking for and was directed to it pretty much immediately. Probably the fastest transaction of my life, I was in and out of the store in 2 minutes. The employee was also very nice and respected me even though I don't really look like someone that gyms often. Will definitely return

EDIT:The person named Neal, very chatty, tall skinny white person.ORI:I came here in search of a treadmill and multi gym, which eventually was spoiled by a horrific " story of how your skinny and tall staff didn't get any vaccination and kept continuing to work till this day. The government rules that day clearly stated that he wasn't supposed to do any face to face work

I purchased my first exercycle today from Elite Fitness in wairau as Ive decided to make some lifestyle changes.The shop was really clean and everything was nicely displayed , huge range of products to choose from and try out and the service and advice I received was greatly appreciated. Went to look at foam rollers, one I currently have is too firm. Only 1 other member of the public looking at bikes and 1 sales staff behind the counter on his phone. I told him I was looking for a softer roller than the one I took with me as a comparison, he told me to check their stock at the back of the shop, then continued on his phone for the remainder of the time I was browsing. The rollers were not labelled soft, med or firm density, hard to work out the difference, if any, between them. Very poor customer service

Purchased a Schwin 430 eliptical from Wairau branch, after looking around online and at other competitor products. Very good product, team explained in-store all about it, good value. My kids (or dog? - no one has come forward) accidentally jumped over the electric cable and broke it (pay attention to that!) and I went back to the store, they replaced it - no questions asked. Excellent service

Great experience with these guys especially with Neil. I had a few delivery and placement issues and he was absolutely brilliant in handling it all. On time and installed no issues so now I have a great treadmill and hopefully I won’t be a lard a s for much longer.Cheers mate.EDIT Very concerned to read a recent review that felt it necessary to 'body and colour' stereotype one of your members of staff. This is not acceptable and I have reported this review to Google.
