Again closed , why don't you just close the branch all together .Last week banking deposit machine broken this week not open .Very disappointing fir customers of BNZ wise up or close up all together .

Omg don't own a business and join BNZ the branch in johnsonville is never open and now going cashless with out putting in change machine in.But wait we can always go to Porirua they say .Get real BNZ you will be losing our business and also our other branches .Open only 2 days a week now get real 10am tell 3pm .Why bother .Worst bank ever when it comes to customer service of business needing to do banking on a regular basis .

One of the worse bank I have ever seen in my life no one in teller and one of the girl just ignored me as I was waiting for last 25 minute this is happen second time same staff ignored me I just don’t like it. And I am with them last 15 years but now I just want to close my all account as I already moved in ANZ...

The best service, by far! :)Extremely impressed and thankful for the service we received here this week. We are new to NZ so we had no idea what to do with regards to getting our banking set up. Leo helped us get everything up and running super fast and efficiently. Simple. Fast. Happy. :)

Treated me as though I was a walking Covid case, demanded I sign in 4x!!!! Give me a chance! Refused to complete a simple transaction.....disgusting service.
