I'm looking at purchasing a full suspension mountain bike and went into this store, just before 2pm. The staff ignored me, didn't even acknowledge me and they did see me. One of them walked past me on the phone while I was looking at the bike I was interested in, Trek Fuel EX7. I Walked out with not a word said. Not the first time experiencing poor service here.

Very helpful & knowledgeable. There was a bit of a hiccup with the commuter eBike I first ordered but they took ownership and sorted the issue. I was impressed so decided to buy a new eMTB off them as well while I was at it!
