A really fast response to my request for help. Turned up when arranged despite darkness and rain. Had the drain unblocked very quickly and cheerfully, then checked for water flowing through. Gave good advice about what to watch out for and next step if needed. Left things clean and tidy. I found useful information on the website before calling to help me decide who to contact. Joe showed up on time, provided options, and recommended starting with the least costly and complex one which turned out to work great. He was super friendly, cleaned up after the job, and left me with some things to watch out for as far as plumbing health in general around a sink. Would be great to see the company put more of a human face on their web site as it feels a bit fishy at first glance, but the service is real and great!

Bad communication. You can not cancel a job after work time only by sending an email. Often your email comes into a rubbish bin. Give customer a call is not so difficult.
