I suspect it may be under staffed. Found my now deceased Nana in a state a few times. I have been told they dope up the oldies to keep them calm but my Nana couldn't even talk. She was left in uncomfortable positions for way too long. A couple of the ladies were lovely though. Pretty sure it's a management issue not a staff one.

My Mother is a resident here and has been here for just over six months. The faculty is spotlessly clean, staff are friendly and welcoming , the meals are great and home baking is fabulous. The staff and management are genuinely caring and treat my Mum and us like family. The residents are engaged in activities most days and not just plonked in front of a tv set. Would highly recommend this place.

I visit an elderly friend and the team are always friendly and popping into see if residents are ok, cups of tea - coffee offered if they are doing the trolley rounds, I have always had a pleasant experience.

Very clean, staff were helpful, rooms were relatively bright. Had daily menu posted up on wall, can have a meal with person you are visiting for $5. Need better signage
