Excellent service - the staff went above and beyond to get what I had ordered to me

Bunnings Mount sent a large item here for me to pick up. A lovely lady served me today as I went to pay for it. There had been a small delay in getting this ltem in and I found a gift voucher attached. I'm so happy to recommend both The Mount store and the Te Puke store. Great staff Bunnings. I spent 50 years retailing so really appreciate good staff. Thank you

Fantastic customer service. Out of all the Bunnings stores I've been to nationwide as a customer, this was the best! There was an issue getting a larger purchase back to my work depot and they immediately came up with a solution that worked for everyone involved.

They are often out of stock or dont have enough stock. Customer service is ok in the yard have to find team to get stuff down, Sometimes theres only two team in the yard. Customer service in store is acknowledging and helpful.

Of all the Bunnings I have visited in New Zealand and Australia, these guys seem to know the least about the products they sell. Even a simple phone call to see if they had something in stock was answered with you just have to come down and look for yourself!!! I used to work for bunnings and know what is expected of bunnings employees. Too many times this store has fallen short in the customer service department. Being a smaller store is no excuse, that actually gives them more of an advantage to know about what products they sell as they dont have the sheer volume the bigger stores do. No excuses guys, time to stop being lazy and learn about the products you sell. I have visited many times over the years and have had more bad experiences than good at this store, that is shocking. Come on guys, your competition here in Te Puke has stepped it up, if you want to survive in a small town you are going to have to try harder with the customer service.

Cheapest timber in Tauranga and on Friday you get a free pie with your purchase if they don't worth taking the day off work to buy some timber and build a deck what is real friendly helpful staff although the timber expert isn't much of an expert but you always get one of those and every store
