Bug Lady Pest Control

Booked a spray for spiders to prevent them entering our house. We were accommodated and were able to book for a weekend since she was going to be in our area that day (as she said she tends to not do weekends).She was on time and didn't take too long. The spray is meant to last 12 months. However, we have had several spiders in our house since the spray from white tails to jumping spiders. More than a little disappointed considering the cost...

The bug lady was very punctual and true to her word. She takes pride in what she does. I called her back after a month of spraying and she came back and re spray around my house. To be honest, for 2 years I have not had cockroaches or ants in my house. Now I need her back.

The bug lady is amazing, she is our monthly pest control Queen at our Medical Centre. She never misses a month, always polite and on time, does her job to a very high standard, she is always happy to answer any questions and share her knowledge. Highly recommend all of her services.

Most efficient pest controller we've met. Contacted the Bug Lady re cockroach problem - she turned up, was super friendly and professional. Did the treatment, shared information where cockroach's habitat is and what the next steps are. This was very informative. After getting kittens from a stranger on FB who assured us they were treated and had no fleas, our home got infested, and quickly. We spent heaps of money on flea treatments for the house and flea collars for the cats, but they did little to help us. We got pets for our kids who have special needs knowing that animals play a huge part in bringing down anxieties and helping our kids function better socially. We had to make a tough decision, get rid of our darling's pets or try our luck one more time on a professional knowing it'll cost us more money. We're glad we chose to give Bug Lady Ltd a go. She was very punctual, patient with my slow replies, and did the job at a very high standard. She was in and out quickly but the job she did was amazing and above what was expected. Immediately my family and I had noticed a huge change in the environment. (it's only been three days since the job was done) I definitely recommend her. The price may scare you off at first but don't let that be the determining factor to skip her service, in fact, most companies you come across will offer the same or, near offer for their services also but fail to do an excellent job. She does a thorough job and kindly explains the process to you. You won't regret using her for the treating of your home.

I have rats in my ceiling and Helen has talked me through everything I need to do to keep myself safe, and get rid of them myself. I also asked Helen about how to manage my houses flies, cockroaches and mosquitos!! She gave me simple tips on how to make my house comfortable again….and all for free. Helen's is a very approachable and honest professional. She heard our situation, and told us we had done half what she would do anyway, and then gave us heaps of advice on actually completing the job ourselves. Also advised on what we had wrong in our minds. All of this for FREE! If we arent able to somehow complete the job, we will definitely be bringing her in. Highly recommend everyone who wants to remove rats in the house get in touch with Helen.

Quick response, great service and great value for money. Didn’t leave and chemical smells or residue like your normal flea bomb you get from the supermarket and way less hassle than doing it yourself. A lot safer also ! Highly recommend! Save yourselves time and contact the big lady !
