Not a bad service, but hugely overpriced. Found couple of other providers for half the price.The quality and turnaround time of the other providers compared with A2ZT is the same. I was happy using A2ZT for several projects over a year, but noticed that their pricing wasn't consisten. After I raised questions, I received vague and unclear answers. Dissapointed I didn't notice earlier.

I was very impressed with the speed of the translations from German to English to assist my daughter to enter University in NZ. 3 years later I was very happy when my request to find the original German documents was achieved in a very short time frame. Excellent customer service, Highly recommended.

Worst experience. They just want money and not intending to deliver service. I recommend why people put bad reviews on this company. They are saying truth. In my case, I declined their service right after i received a quote. But they keep sending me invoice for the service which i clearly declined. But they insist that they have not received an email that i declined their service. When i sent the proof, they went silent. They just want money. Don't use them. Greedy people.

Wonderful. Super fast to reply to ALL emails and undertook the work with no fuss in a professional manner. I asked to make a change but they advised me accordingly but were willing to make changes if i deemed i wanted it that way. Simon Lowe it seems probably didn't use these guys and it appears he's the one who clearly can't follow a basic link.These guys from 6 agencies i contacted were the most efficient and economical. Quote was agreed and i paid on Tuesday, draft rx'd Wed and original doc sent and received to the south island 7am Friday. Excellent in my books !!

Make sure you read the terms and conditions!As soon as quotes are accepted you owe the company money, which they can then add interest to (and even sell on to debt collection agencies!)I wanted to cancel my order (which I had already had a certified translation made of for a much more reasonable price). However when I went to cancel I was told this was not possible and sure enough if you read the fine print you'll find they can add interest to your bill and even sell it on to a debt collection agency before you ever get your translation! I ended up paying $74 for a 50 word translation(certificate) which I didn't even need anymore.I understand if they are translating something large and complex that they may need to start with translation before payment is confirmed so as to provide timely service, however I don't think this model works at all well for small jobs with online bookings. Also a little more empathy from the staff would have gone a long way to making my experience with this company a better one.I will say that they translated the document well and delivery was timely following payment confirmation, however there are much more reasonably priced companies out there that are much more pleasant to deal with.

Awful company. Don't use them.There is a review on this company posted 5 years ago.I agree with him 100%.It says as follows... We recently had some nitrogen generators delivered from Japan for a coffee packing line, parts of the manual were hand written in Japanese. After translation there were still a few grey areas due to the power conversion ect. Mark was more than happy to assist with e-mails to the manufacturer and helped us out of a jam big time. Highly recommend their services

I needed few documents to get translated for Immigration purposes and had great experience dealing with A2Z, especially with Mark, got all the responses pretty fast for all my queries. Everything was pretty smooth from getting quotes and stuff. Thanks heaps Mark

Please check the data carefully after translation, it seems they are using some google or free translation tool to do the needful..I had to get the Japanese driving license translation and some how google does wrong translation of Japnese year as 2001 which was supposed to be 2019 and the same mistake was done by A2Z and that triggered me to think on the reliability..so in case you have to get the translation done from here, do check yourself carefully each and every columns..
