The Stadium 2000 is a great service. Easy to enrol, friendly helpful staff. Love the Stadium, you guys rock.

We recently took a group of students to the pools. The staff were happy and friendly while still being professional in their care of swimmers. The pools and surrounding areas are regularly cleaned and the facilities reflect this. There is plenty of easy parking. We had a great time. An easy recommend.

My kids like going there as they love swimming. Would be great if there was a bit more to do but all in all a great family place

Hello Stadium 2000,I went in today for my Saturday workout and my tag wasn’t scanning so I went down to reception and had the “pleasure” of speaking to Paula.I have never been treated so rudely and in such a dismissive manner. I began to tell her what the issue was and straight away she just cuts me off and says “scan the the tag!!!”No hello, no smile, no warmth… just rude, cold and the sass/attitude she has, really does not make it any more enjoyable to deal with her.I truly cannot believe you guys have someone like her working at reception. She has the personality of a fence post with members and she does not listen to anything you are saying she just talks over you and raises her voice.I tried to tell her several times that I have paid my membership religiously since I joined back in August and the bank had stopped my payments back then because of an issue with my signature not matching, but I had fixed all of this back in August and I have been using the gym throughout the year, this was the first time I had any issues scanning in since that one time last August.She then had the audacity to tell me to “breath and calm down!”Calm down Paula?!?! You are not letting a paying member use the gym and you are clearly not listening to my situation and you want me to calm down?She could have at least tried to find a solution but she just had no empathy for my situation. I am truly doubting whether I should just cancel my membership because having to deal with people like her just makes paying a membership not worth while and attending a facility where you are treated like garbage and basically have to plead to be let in, even though you pay every week, makes it just such an unenjoyable and unfair experience.I hope someone can get back to me about this situation and I truly do hope you guys have a serious conversation to Paula about her actions as no paying member deserves to be treated like this.

Excellent sauna always upto temp.Clean, not too busy. CCC could learn something- workers professional.

Amazing facilities, excellent gym and pool. I enjoy going to the spa and sauna after my workout, and just relax. Great staff and service.

Fantastic facility, modern and well designed.

Large area of different size swimming pools in a covered large area. 2 car parks front and back entrance.More space in back car park entrance from Redwood st next to the Stihl Shop. Signs at entrance.Swimming lessons and concession cards available.

Clean pool. Good showers with private cubical, reasonable price. Subway was a nice idea for here.
