Domino’s Pizza Whanganui

Pizza was rushly made where toppings went spread enough, one pizza was overly sauced on top and unevenly cut, sorry would have taken pics if new

I have ordered 2 pizzas on 1st of may at around 9.30 and it was looks like pizza base and cheese the ingredients on the pizza was very little not more than 4 pepperoni and too much jalapeños and with the chickenpizza not more than 5 pieces of chicken on the pizza. I think better you advertise dominos sell only pizzabase with cheese. Very pathetic pizza with ingredients, do not cheat the customers… I always been a good customer with dominos and I hardly go to any other pizza store . Wanganui dominos was terrific. it is not acceptable to give the pizza like This pizza need to be spread evenly it was looks like throwing something somewhere jalapeños was placed on 1 side only few salami was there that’s on another side totally got a pizza with base and cheese then garnished with the fillingsBeing a chef I can understand it’s can happened sometimes on busy time but not this bad. It was vey quite and and 2 orders was there. Very very unprofessional.

Thank you to the lady who was working tonight when a young Indian women tried to claim my pizza and even spelt my name out and was asking for the drink as she claim there was one orders

Usually fine service but we had a less than average experience the other night.1. The garlic bread was missing and the delivery man made it seem like we were being rude by asking him to go get it for us. We paid for it so we wanted it and he huffed and puffed about going back for it.2. The slices were really uneven, one piece would be HUGE and the others would be absolutely tiny. All the pizzas were like this too and we ordered 4.

Next time when yous make pepperoni pizza to actually put the fillings on not just plain pizza with 1 or 2 pepperoni on couple off slices Start acting up do your job right

Massively disappointed with Dominos Whanganui and will never order from this store again.Driver never delivered our food, we waited 45mins and called the store to ask where it was. Lady on the phone said that the driver had left the store 30mins prior so she should be there soon.We waited another 10 mins with no delivery so called the store back. Same lady answered and said that the driver had returned to the store and didn't have our pizzas with her. Driver said she had delivered them to our house and had sent us a text (which we never received). Driver couldn't remember anything about our house to prove she had delivered the food and we could hear her in the background arguing.We were offered a $10 store credit and told that our pizzas would be remade and redelivered by a different driver. The lady also said that they had had previous complaints about this driver.After another 30 mins of waiting and no sign of delivery driver we called the store again. Phone was answered by same lady and she apologised and said that our pizzas were waiting in store for a driver to be available and that she was sorry that they were really busy. She said it shouldn't be too much longer. We asked whether our food would be hot when it was finally delivered and she said that the food was on a heated plate so would be hot. We were told the original driver had magically remembered details about our house which didn't match our house at all. So either she didn't deliver it or delivered it to the wrong house.Pizza arrived 15mins after that phone call and no surprises but it was COLD and UNDERCOOKED. They gave us two free desserts as an apology for the original stuff up.At this point it had been 2 hours (on a Friday early afternoon so not even during a dinner rush) and all we had to show for it was cold and undercooked pizza and garlic bread. We called back up to complain and was offered store credit, we said we wouldn't be coming back and were then told a manager could give us a refund.All in all a frustrating and upsetting experience with Dominos Whanganui and would caution anyone from ordering delivery from here in future.

Domino's took 2hrs for delivery no good don't answer phones got pizza hut 30 minutes spent $60 thought Domino's was the best never again!!

Good value pizza at good price. Dim lights outside that makes it look like closed or closing. Need some spot lights on outside wi dow specials n prices as well as lighting up Dominos sign.

Worst pizza I've ever had the quality has gone down the toilet.Obviously training is no longer importantAlso the pizza base tasted like it had been in a freezer for a month
