A good vibe, felt comfortable taking my time exploring titles. Help was on offer in an unobtrusive way. Staff went the extra mile searching for a book online for me and joining the hunt in the shelves.

Great book shop with loads of other things, such as art supplies and stationery supplies. Best of all a great group of staff, who love books and their job. Very helpful and welcoming.

Fabulous, friendly customer service literally every time I walk into this shop. Great deals too! The displays are beautiful, the store is tidy, the range of Books is varied. I have always and will always be a returning customer to Whitcoulls. Dunedin staff are lovely to deal with. Can't rate the store highly enough
